Student Locked Out Of Car Ends Up Locked Up | C & S Locksmiths
A student at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville ended up locking himself out of his car and in turn ended up being locked up in jail.
After being locked out of his car the student decided that instead of contacting a locksmith for help he would contact the campus police for aid. Once officers arrived to help the student they ran a routine identity check on the 24 year old Daniel J. Glauber and discovered he was wanted in Phelps County, Missouri on drug charges.
After discovering Glauber was wanted for a prior drug charge the police brought in a drug sniffing dog and ended up finding drug paraphernalia in the car.
Glauber is now being held at the Madison County Jail awaiting transport to Missouri where he will have to go before a judge. Court records do not indicate whether or not Glauber has an attorney and Glauber was unavailable for comment on the charges.
It is safe to say that Glauber will be more careful when he calls on the police for help.
